Great hotel experience! The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to the city center. The rooms are comfy and super clean, with all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea in our room. The staff is superb, always willing to help with any queries or requests. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the khachapuri, and we loved the quiet neighborhood. A perfect place for a memorable stay.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel staff provided us with free tea and coffee in the room which was great! The location was also a plus as it was in a quiet area and still within walking distance to all the main attractions. Another advantage was that the rooms were always clean and tidy.

There were a few things that detracted from our stay. One major issue we encountered was that it was impossible to turn off the central heating and as a result, the room was uncomfortably hot.
